Refund, Repair, and Payment

Satisfaction Guarantee: All services are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied, please inform us during your service or within 24 hours of your appointment.

Corrective Services: If a correction is needed due to a technician error, we will schedule a complimentary appointment within 5 days of the original service.
Note: Corrective services do not apply if you change your mind about a color or style after the service is completed. The original color/product cannot be changed during a correction.

Seven-Day Repair Warranty: We offer complimentary repairs for gel, dipping powder, acrylic, and luminary nails within 7 days of your original visit. Please call us with your technician’s name and the date of your service to book a repair.

Appointments and Cancellations

Notice Period: We value your time and our technicians’ livelihoods. Please provide 24 to 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations: Last-minute cancellations and “no-shows” prevent our technicians from filling that time slot. Frequent no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: For your safety, please inform your technician of any health conditions (such as Diabetes) before your service begins. For our diabetic clients, we prioritize gentle care and do not perform any cutting services.

Right to Refuse Service: To maintain a safe environment, we cannot provide services for:
• Open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
• Nail conditions or illnesses that appear contagious or may be worsened by the service.

Medical Referrals: We do not remove ingrown toenails. Please consult a podiatrist for specialized medical care.

Salon Environment

Personal Property: Nails Paradise is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

Children: For their safety, children must be under close adult supervision. Our salon contains sharp tools and chemicals that can be hazardous.

Atmosphere: To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone, please keep phone volumes low (or use headphones) and maintain a respectful tone with staff and other guests.

Animals: Per TN Code Ann. § 62-4-137, only service animals are permitted in the shop. No pets, please.

Smoke-Free: Our salon is a 100% smoke and vape-free environment.

Payments and Gift Cards

Accepted Payments: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are, however, fully transferable to friends or family.

Note: Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
